A new development on Malden Avenue on Capitol Hill became available right around Christmas and BAM! Sold. Check out our list of properties in the last month that sold in under 10 days.  It will be interesting to see which ones actually close. We have seen more deals going south the last year. You get an offer but the property doesn't appraise for the price, the buyer gets cold feet, they don't qualify. It's not done til it closes these days.
