Serenity reigns on North Capitol Hill

When I first walked into this house years ago, I was swept off my feet by the good feelings and warmth. The serene yellows and soft fir floors made me want to swoon into them.  Now, years later our friends are "right sizing" and have chosen us to help them. What an honor.  Join me there August 7 1-4pm for our first open. Going to be great weather.

This couple has raised to great boys here and are ready to move on. You can feel the love that was poured into it over the years and the fun they had. It has been nicely remodeled and finished. All the rooms work well. The main floor flows easily from room to room for parties and out into the (unusual for Capitol Hill) level side yard. Can you say "Croquet"?
