No new condos?

Here's a link from King5 about the fact that there have been no new condos built since 2007. There are still plenty of condos in the city but this will mean the market will finally tighten a little in a year or more.

We had a great Condo Walk last week and looked at 8 units from $230K to $539K in the North Broadway neighborhood. Very interesting. Some views, some old world charmers and a couple of newer units.
