Surprise! 157 houses in Seattle from $100,000-250,000

I've been noticing listings coming on the market in what were previously unheard of price points in the City of Seattle - not the cheap outer burbs.  So I searched from $100,00-250,000 and came up with 289. If you knock out the short sales you have 157 left. Now that is amazing. I remember at the peak of the market someone wanted a house for under $300,000 in the city and I couldn't find a single one.  Take a look and see what's out there.
